Emaciated Ninjas, and Malifaux Stories in Clapham
Couple of quick updates.
First up, I wanted to make a shout out to my friend Waferthinninja, who has decided to start up his own blog. You will have seen the excellent papercraft terrain he has been building for our Malifaux games, so you can expect to see plenty more as he works on it. Current project is a Western-themed terrain setup, again for Malifaux. Promises to be awesome.
Anyway, head on over and take a gander at Waferthinninja’s Dojo.
Secondly, I realise I’ve not given much of a heads up for a Malifaux event I’m attending this coming Saturday down in Clapham.
It’s sort of a reciprocal event held by the Clapham Wargames Guild. Many of them joined us at the Cross Gaming Club tournament a few months back.
They’re deliberately avoiding calling it a tournament. Instead it purports to be a story themed event and sounds excellent. Most participants are part of a small team – I’m joining a couple of other CGC Resurrectionist players (Ish and Matt) – and it sounds like there will be a lot of narrative as the day’s games and story events unfold.
I can’t imagine we’re going to be a force to be feared, but lots of fun gameplay is appearing likely.
I’m really looking forward to it, and you can look forward to a report here shortly after.
